How to Purchase

Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check, wire transfer or prearranged financing.  Due to the increase in check fraud, we can no longer accept personal/business checks unless you are willing to wait for your check to clear - usually within ten business days from deposit date.  We do accept Visa, MC and Discover with proper ID for local customers; credit card pricing will apply (cash price +3%).  We no longer accept credit cards for deposits due to fine people having trailers built, deciding they do not want them and then disputing their credit card charge.

You may fax or e-mail an order to us. However, calling a sales representative is still the best method since we understand that you will probably have questions regarding your purchase.

Your trailer can be picked up at the factory (Freedom trailers only), shipped to your location or picked up at our facility in Birmingham.  The price on a trailer picked up at the factory is lower than in Birmingham because there is no freight. Shipping can also be arranged at added expense; ask your sales person for details.

Lead times given are rough estimates and can vary by the complexity of the trailer being ordered. The manufacturer strives to maintain a consistent production schedule although unforeseeable delays may arise from time to time. Let your salesman know if you are on a strict timetable so that we can check with the factory to see if we can satisfy your order.

We do not collect sales tax on trailer sales to non-Alabama residents. Do not be mislead into thinking that you will not have to pay sales tax. As a rule, you will pay your tax and title fees when you get back to your home state and buy your tag. This also holds true for an Alabama resident going out of state to buy a trailer.
