How to Purchase

You may fax or e-mail an order to us. However, calling a sales representative is still the best method since we understand that you will probably have questions regarding your purchase.

We can have your trailer built for you to pick up at any one of the factories. Haulmark plants are located in: Fitzgerald, Georgia -- Bristol, Indiana -- McAdoo, Pennsylvania -- El Mirage, Arizona -- Springville, Utah. Covenant Cargo's plant is in Douglas, Georgia and Cargo South is located in Ocilla, Georgia. Our location in Birmingham carries an inventory of trailers, as does the factories so we may already have in stock what you are looking for. Shipping can also be arranged; ask your sales person for details.

All trailer orders will require a non-refundable deposit with the balance to be paid by cashier's check, certified check, money order or prearranged financing when the trailer is picked up at the plant. Deposit amounts may vary with regard to the complexity and cost of the trailer being built. We do accept Visa, MC and Discover. Please note, all prices quoted or listed on this web site have a cash discount of 2.5% applied.

Your order will be placed promptly with the factory once a deposit has been received. A confirmation will be sent to you when we receive it from the plant. Please review this confirmation carefully. If we do not hear from you, then we will deem that all information is correct and the trailer will be put into production. We must confirm any change orders in writing.

Lead times vary by plant and by the complexity of the trailer being ordered. The manufacturers strive to maintain a consistent production schedule although unforeseeable delays may arise from time to time. Let your salesman know if you are on a strict timetable so that we can check with the factory to see if we can satisfy your order.

We do not collect sales tax on trailer sales to non-Alabama residents. Do not be mislead into thinking that you will not have to pay sales tax. As a rule, you will pay your tax and title fees when you get back to your home state and buy your tag. This also holds true for an Alabama resident going out of state to buy a trailer.
